Courrières ({{#invoke:IPA|main}}) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France<ref>INSEE commune file</ref> about Template:Convert northeast of Lens. The Lens canal and the canalized river Deûle forms three quarters of the borders of the commune.
