Indocalamus

Indocalamus is a genus of about 35 species of flowering plants in the grass family (Poaceae), native to China, Vietnam and Japan.<ref>Nakai, Takenoshin. 1925. Arnold Arbor. 6: 148. 1925. </ref> They are quite small evergreen bamboos normally up to Template:Convert in height, initially forming clumps and then spreading to form larger thickets. Some species were formerly included in Sasa and Sasamorpha.

Indocalamus latifolius, I. solidus and I. tessellatus are found in cultivation in temperate regions, being very hardy down to Template:Convert.<ref name = RHSAZ/>
