Penarddun

The name Penarddun can be translated as "Chief Beauty" or "Most Fair" (Welsh pen "head, chief, foremost" + arddun "fair, beautiful (of a girl)".<ref>Geiriadur Prifysgol Cymru, vol. 1, p. 188.</ref>
