This song was the band's first top-40 US hit, peaking at number 22 on the [[Billboard Hot 100|''Billboard'' Hot 100]]. It also spent six weeks at number two on the ''Billboard'' [[Alternative Songs|Modern Rock Tracks]] chart and peaked at number four on the ''Billboard'' [[Mainstream Rock (chart)|Album Rock Tracks]] chart.
