Owned and operated by the [[Canadian Broadcasting Corporation]], the station is the [[flagship (broadcasting)|flagship station]] of the [[CBC Radio One]] network, broadcasting a mix of [[All-news radio|news]] and [[talk radio|talk]]. In addition to the Toronto market, CBLA also reaches much of [[Central Ontario]] with a network of twelve [[Broadcast relay station|rebroadcasters]]. The [[radio studio|studio]]s are in the [[Canadian Broadcasting Centre]].

CBLA-FM has an average [[effective radiated power]] (ERP) of 55,100 [[watt]]s, peaking at 98,000 watts.
