The station is [[owned and operated]] by network parent [[Corus Entertainment]], and maintains studios on Allard Way Northwest in the [[Pleasantview, Edmonton|Pleasantview neighbourhood]] of Edmonton. Its transmitter is located just off of [[Alberta Highway 21|Highway 21]], southeast of the city. CITV-DT carries the full Global network schedule, and its programming is similar to [[sister station]] [[CICT-DT]] in [[Calgary]].
