A '''codebook''' is a type of document used for gathering and storing [[cryptography code]]s. Originally, codebooks were often literally [[books|<span lang="en-us" dir="ltr">books</span>]], but today "codebook" is a byword for the complete record of a series of codes, regardless of physical format.
