It is situated in the [[townland]] of Town Parks, the [[Civil parishes in Ireland|civil parish]] of [[Comber (civil parish)|Comber]] and the historic [[Barony (geographic)|barony]] of [[Castlereagh Lower]].<ref name="PN"/> Comber is part of the [[Ards and North Down Borough Council|Ards and North Down Borough]]. It is also known for [[Comber Whiskey]] which was last distilled in 1953.
