He also wrote the screenplays for ''[[Recount (film)|Recount]]'', the HBO adaptation ''[[Game Change (film)|Game Change]]'', ''[[The Butler]]'', and co-wrote the two-part finale of ''[[The Hunger Games (film series)|The Hunger Games]]'' film trilogy, ''[[The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1|Mockingjay – Part 1]]'' and ''[[The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2|Mockingjay – Part 2]]''.
