'''Galguduud''' ({{langx|so|Galgaduud}}, {{langx|ar|جلجدود}}, {{langx|it|Galgudud}} or ''Ghelgudud'') is an administrative region (''[[Administrative divisions of Somalia|gobol]]'') of [[Galmudug]] state in central [[Somalia]].<ref name="Cwfsom">{{cite web|title=Somalia|work=The World Factbook|publisher=Central Intelligence Agency|location=Langley, Virginia|url=https://www.cia.gov/the-world-factbook/countries/somalia/|access-date=6 December 2013}}</ref> Its administrative capital is [[Dusmareb]]. The largest town in the region is [[El Buur]], which lies at the centre of the region.

Galguduud is bordered by [[Ethiopia]], the Somali regions of [[Mudug]]; [[Hiran, Somalia|Hiran]], [[Middle Shebelle]] (Shabeellaha Dhexe), and the [[Indian Ocean]].
The largest [[Somali clan|clan]] in this region is The [[Hawiye]] specially the [[Murusade]] subclan. With the [[Abgaal]], and [[Habar Gidir]] subclans also being prominent.

The region of Galgaduud and [[Mudug]] formed the [[Galmudug State]] by 2016, which considers itself an autonomous state within the larger [[Federal Republic]] of Somalia, as defined by the [[Provisional Constitution of the Federal Republic of Somalia]].<ref name="allafrica.com">{{cite web|title=Somalia's Federal Govt Endorses Central State|url=http://allafrica.com/stories/201407310912.html|website=All Africa|access-date=18 June 2016}}</ref>
