I-385 is a spur route of [[Interstate 85 in South Carolina|I-85]]. The highway provides a connection between [[Greenville, South Carolina|Greenville]] and [[Interstate 26 in South Carolina|I-26]] to the south, connecting Greenville to [[Columbia, South Carolina|Columbia]] and [[Charleston, South Carolina|Charleston]]. Around Greenville, the last several miles of I-385 forms the northeastern quadrant of a partial [[beltway]] around Greenville's southern suburbs along with [[Interstate 185 (South Carolina)|I-185]].
