He played [[college football]] for the [[West Virginia Mountaineers football|West Virginia Mountaineers]]. Bulger was selected by the [[New Orleans Saints]] in the sixth round of the [[2000 NFL draft]]. He was also a member of the [[Atlanta Falcons]] and [[Baltimore Ravens]], but played the entirety of his regular season career with the Rams.
