'''Michael John McCarthy''' (born November 10, 1963) is an American professional [[American football|football]] coach who most recently was the [[head coach]] of the [[Dallas Cowboys]] of the [[National Football League]] (NFL) from [[2020 Dallas Cowboys season|2020]] to [[2024 Dallas Cowboys season|2024]]. From [[2006 Green Bay Packers season|2006]] to [[2018 Green Bay Packers season|2018]], he was the head coach of the [[Green Bay Packers]]. In 2011, McCarthy led the team to a win in [[Super Bowl XLV]] over his hometown team, the [[Pittsburgh Steelers]]. He was also the offensive coordinator for the [[San Francisco 49ers]] and [[New Orleans Saints]].
