'''Valley View''' is a [[village (United States)#Ohio|village]] in [[Cuyahoga County, Ohio]], United States. The population was 1,897 at the [[2020 United States census|2020 census]]. A suburb of [[Cleveland]], it is a part of the [[Greater Cleveland|Cleveland metropolitan area]].

Valley View's name refers to the [[Cuyahoga River]] valley,<ref>{{cite book|last=Overman|first=William Daniel|title=Ohio Town Names|url=https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=mdp.39015015361465;view=1up;seq=152|year=1958|publisher=Atlantic Press|location=Akron, OH|page=136}}</ref> and the town includes part of the [[Cuyahoga Valley National Park]] and the [[Ohio and Erie Canal]]. It is home to the [[Valley View Bridge]] that is on [[Interstate 480 (Ohio)|Interstate 480]] and crosses the Cuyahoga River.
