The station's studios are located on James Street/[[NY 290]] in Syracuse's [[Near Northeast, Syracuse, New York|Near Northeast]] section, and its transmitter is located near [[Otisco, New York#Communities and locations in Otisco|Maple Grove]], a [[Administrative divisions of New York#Hamlet|hamlet]] of [[Otisco, New York|Otisco]].

WSYT operates a third [[digital subchannel]] affiliated with [[MyNetworkTV]] which brands as "My 43".
