It is [[owned and operated]] by The CW's majority owner, [[Nexstar Media Group]], alongside [[Tampa]]-licensed [[NBC]] affiliate [[WFLA-TV]] (channel 8) and [[Sarasota]]-based [[low-power broadcasting#Television|low-power]] [[MyNetworkTV]] affiliate [[WSNN-LD]] (channel 39).
