==Publication history== The first version of Force Works appeared in the [[comic book]] ''Force Works'' #1 (July 1994), created by writers [[Dan Abnett]] and [[Andy Lanning]] and initially drawn by [[Tom Tenney]].<ref>[http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=32837 Abnett & Lanning Revive "Resurrection Man"], [[Comic Book Resources]]</ref> The team was formed from the remains of the [[West Coast Avengers]], after leader [[Iron Man]] left the [[Avengers (comics)|Avengers]] due to an internal dispute.
