The Park Row Building is in the [[Financial District, Manhattan|Financial District]] of [[Manhattan]], just south of [[New York City Hall]], [[City Hall Park]], and the [[Civic Center, Manhattan|Civic Center]].<ref name="NYCityMap"/> Its primary address is 15 Park Row, but its other addresses include 13–21 Park Row, 13 Ann Street, and 3 Theatre Alley.<ref name="NYCL p. 1"/> The Park Row Building is bounded on the west by [[Park Row (Manhattan)|Park Row]], on the south by [[Ann Street (Manhattan)|Ann Street]], and on the east by [[Theatre Alley]]; the main facade on Park Row is situated midway between Ann Street to the south and Beekman Street to the north. The building has a frontage of {{convert|104|ft|m|abbr=on}} on Park Row, {{convert|20|ft|abbr=}} on Ann Street, and {{convert|48|ft|m}} on [[Theatre Alley]].<ref name="EN p. 226" /><ref name="SA p. 410" /><ref name="NPS p. 9" /> The base of the building covers a land area of approximately {{convert|15000|sqft|m2}}.<ref name="EN p. 226" /><ref name="SA p. 410">{{harvnb|Scientific American|1898|ps=.|p=410}}</ref> It is immediately adjacent to [[25 Park Row]] to the northeast. Other nearby buildings include [[5 Beekman Street]] to the east, the [[Woolworth Building]] to the north, [[St. Paul's Chapel]] to the west, and the [[Bennett Building (New York City)|Bennett Building]] to the south.
