==Definition== In a [[Cochrane Collaboration]] review, reflexology is defined as follows: "Reflexology is gentle manipulation or pressing on certain parts of the foot to produce an effect elsewhere in the body."<ref>{{cite journal |last1=Smith |first1=C.
