==Early life and education== Irizarry grew up on Long Island, New York, and he is one of six children.<ref name="Vincent 411"/> He moved to Lake Grove, New York at an early age. At age 11, Irizarry began to study piano, becoming classically trained, then continued his studies at Berklee College of Music in Boston. He performed in numerous productions with a regional theater company. He won a full-time scholarship with [[Lee Strasberg]] at his Theater Institute.
