Redknapp's father is football manager [[Harry Redknapp]], and his mother is Sandra Harris. Redknapp grew up on the south coast as his father was coaching Bournemouth at that time. On 29 June 1998, Redknapp married pop singer [[Louise Redknapp|Louise Nurding]].
