==Family==
Wallace's brothers, [[Kenny Wallace|Kenny]] and [[Mike Wallace (racing driver)|Mike]], also used to race on the NASCAR circuit. He and his wife Patti have three children{{snd}}Greg, Katie, and [[Steve Wallace (racing driver)|Stephen]]. Stephen raced full-time in the [[NASCAR Xfinity Series]] and made his Cup Series debut during the 2011 Daytona 500, making him the fourth member of his family to compete in the Daytona 500 and in NASCAR, behind the Bodines ([[Geoff Bodine|Geoff]], [[Brett Bodine|Brett]], and [[Todd Bodine|Todd]]), Pettys ([[Lee Petty|Lee]], [[Richard Petty|Richard]], and [[Kyle Petty|Kyle]]), Earnhardts ([[Ralph Earnhardt|Ralph]], [[Dale Earnhardt|Dale]], [[Dale Earnhardt Jr.|Dale Jr.]] and [[Jeffrey Earnhardt|Jeffrey]]), and the Allisons ([[Bobby Allison|Bobby]], [[Donnie Allison|Donnie]], and [[Davey Allison|Davey]]). Wallace's father, Russell Wallace Sr., died on October 30, 2011, at age 77.
