One pledge was allegedly coerced and forced into the pledge process, where "he [was] hazed for multiple days and was forced to cut communication with all others." Among the alleged hazing incidents, the pledge was required to ingest an entire can of chewing tobacco and then do a handstand. He vomited as a result and was forced to then consume the vomit. When the pledge reported the incident to another student, he received a text message from an active member threatening to put a "12-gauge down his throat and watch his brain splatter."
