==Coaching and managerial career==

On 6 March 2019, Feyenoord announced that Stam would succeed [[Giovanni van Bronckhorst]] as [[Feyenoord]]'s new manager. On 21 May 2020, [[Major League Soccer]] club [[FC Cincinnati]] announced that Stam would succeed interim manager [[Yoann Damet]].
