[[The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013]] was passed on 29 August 2013 in the [[Lok Sabha]] (lower house of the Indian parliament) and on 4 September 2013 in [[Rajya Sabha]] (upper house of the Indian parliament).
