== Library == [[File:Library South East Langley Whidbey Mar23 A7R 03891.jpg|thumb|Langley Library, 104 2nd Street]] The Langley Library is located in a historic building constructed in 1923. This 100-year old public library became a branch of the [[Sno-Isle Libraries]] system in 2010. The {{cvt|3,600|sqft|sqm|abbr=on}} building was temporarily closed on 17 February 2024 for remodeling. The project estimated to cost $4 million envisages improvements to the accessibility and energy efficiency while retaining the period appearance. About {{cvt|1,400|sqft|sqm|abbr=on}} will be added to the lower level. During the project execution of 9β12 months, the library is temporarily located in the South Whidbey Community Center.
