===Awards and honors=== Miller received numerous honors for his ESPN work, including six [[CableACE Award]] nominations (winning the award in 1991 and 1996) and several [[Emmy Award]] nominations.<ref name="sfgiants-bio"/> The [[National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association]] inducted him into its Hall of Fame in 1998, the [[Baseball Hall of Fame]] selected him for its [[Ford C.
