===Redbox Instant===
Redbox began internally testing a video streaming service, dubbed Redbox Instant, in July 2012. In June 2013, Sony made the official announcement at [[E3]] (Electronic Entertainment Expo) that Redbox Instant would be available on the [[PlayStation 4]] console, and it was released in late 2013.
