==Education==
Children attend a public school on the reservation. Until the 1960s, few children graduated high school. However, since the 1960s, the [[Bureau of Indian Affairs|Bureau of Indian Affairs']] educational programs and the Chester A. Faris [[scholarship]] programs, funded by oil and gas revenues, provide opportunities for [[higher education]]. In the 1970s, some tribal members obtained [[Master's degree|graduate degrees]]. Educational assistance offices were created by Apache tribes in the 1980s to help students navigate their educational career.<ref name=VelardeTiller82/>
