All of these statistics are typical for military bases. The median income for a household on the base was $32,552, and the median income for a family was $32,296. Males had a median income of $18,884 versus $17,101 for females. The [[per capita income]] for the CDP was $11,078. 9.5% of the population and 8.3% of families were below the [[Poverty threshold|poverty line]]. Out of the total population, 11.0% of those under the age of eighteen and 25.8% of those sixty-five and older were living below the poverty line.
