===Infection=== [[Antibiotic prophylaxis]] may be given in those procedures that are not clean, or clean procedures that results in generation of [[infarcted]] or [[necrotic]] tissues such as [[embolisation]]. Routine diagnostic angiography is often considered a clean procedure.
