Haye vs. Klitschko was the first heavyweight unification fight since Klitschko and [[Sultan Ibragimov]] fought back in 2008, when Klitschko beat Ibragimov and added the WBO title to his [[List of IBF world champions#Heavyweight|IBF title]].
