He registered 372 completions (franchise record), 596 attempts (franchise record), 62.4 pass completion rate (second in franchise history), 4,208 passing yards (second in franchise history), 21 touchdowns (fourth in franchise history) and 22 interceptions. He also became the second quarterback in franchise history after [[Scott Mitchell (quarterback)|Scott Mitchell]], to pass for 4,000 yards in one season. His four 300-yard passing games were the fourth-most in the NFL.
