==Climate== Narsinghpur has a humid subtropical climate (Köppen climate classification Cwa) bordering tropical savanna climate (Aw). The climate is generally pleasant except in summer. Waves move slowly except during the south-west monsoon. The district's usual minimum temperature rests around , and the maximum temperature rises up to . May is the hottest month of the year. It is very excessively hot during summer, and in the end of this season dust storms come. When the monsoon arrives, the hygrometer mercury goes very low. The district's 90% rainfall is observed during monsoon months only; i.e., June to September. The average rainfall is of 60 days per year, and measures approximately 40 in. During December–January it is cold, and the average temperature during day time is around 9 C and 3.2 C at night. Sometimes cold waves also occur, and heavy fog is also observed. {{Weather box | location = Narsinghpur (1991–2020, extremes 1962–2012) | metric first = yes | single line = yes | Jan record high C = 34.6 | Feb record high C = 37.8 | Mar record high C = 42.8 | Apr record high C = 47.4 | May record high C = 48.0 | Jun record high C = 47.4 | Jul record high C = 42.4 | Aug record high C = 38.2 | Sep record high C = 38.8 | Oct record high C = 40.0 | Nov record high C = 37.6 | Dec record high C = 33.2 | year record high C = 48.0 | Jan high C = 26.3 | Feb high C = 29.8 | Mar high C = 35.2 | Apr high C = 39.7 | May high C = 42.6 | Jun high C = 38.4 | Jul high C = 32.1 | Aug high C = 29.7 | Sep high C = 31.6 | Oct high C = 33.1 | Nov high C = 30.3 | Dec high C = 27.8 | year high C = 32.8 | Jan low C = 9.4 | Feb low C = 11.8 | Mar low C = 16.1 | Apr low C = 21.0 | May low C = 26.0 | Jun low C = 25.6 | Jul low C = 23.8 | Aug low C = 22.9 | Sep low C = 22.6 | Oct low C = 19.4 | Nov low C = 14.1 | Dec low C = 9.0 | year low C = 18.2 | Jan record low C = 1.2 | Feb record low C = 1.4 | Mar record low C = 6.0 | Apr record low C = 10.0 | May record low C = 17.0 | Jun record low C = 16.0 | Jul record low C = 14.0 | Aug record low C = 16.0 | Sep record low C = 15.0 | Oct record low C = 9.6 | Nov record low C = 2.2 | Dec record low C = -1.4 | year record low C = -1.4 | rain colour = green | Jan rain mm = 19.4 | Feb rain mm = 12.9 | Mar rain mm = 18.6 | Apr rain mm = 8.2 | May rain mm = 13.9 | Jun rain mm = 128.5 | Jul rain mm = 335.6 | Aug rain mm = 318.7 | Sep rain mm = 151.0 | Oct rain mm = 28.2 | Nov rain mm = 13.4 | Dec rain mm = 9.6 | year rain mm = 1057.9 | Jan rain days = 1.3 | Feb rain days = 0.9 | Mar rain days = 0.6 | Apr rain days = 0.8 | May rain days = 1.4 | Jun rain days = 7.1 | Jul rain days = 12.7 | Aug rain days = 13.2 | Sep rain days = 7.0 | Oct rain days = 1.8 | Nov rain days = 1.0 | Dec rain days = 0.3 | year rain days = 48.1 | time day = 17:30 IST | Jan humidity = 47 | Feb humidity = 39 | Mar humidity = 32 | Apr humidity = 25 | May humidity = 27 | Jun humidity = 47 | Jul humidity = 71 | Aug humidity = 79 | Sep humidity = 71 | Oct humidity = 54 | Nov humidity = 49 | Dec humidity = 46 | year humidity = 49 |source 1 = India Meteorological Department }}
