=== Hand release push-ups=== Hand release push-ups are a much more challenging variation of traditional push-ups, involving lifting the hands off the floor between each repetition. This way the athlete is forced to do a full and complete repetition. Lifting the hands off the ground completely resets the movement eliminating the [[momentum]].
