== Township and District Roads == A Township or District Road is prefixed the abbreviation of the county or city in a Chinese character where it is located. For example, the sample signs above show Hsinchu Roads No. 22, 21, and 23. These roads are almost always two-lane undivided roads. In some situations, they may be narrow and treated like urban alleys or lanes.
