* A Knight Commander of the [[Order of the British Empire]] is authorised to use the post-nominal KBE, e.g. "Sir [[Terry Wogan]] KBE DL" (DL indicating he was [[Deputy Lieutenant]] of [[Buckinghamshire]]).
