===Telugu language network===

The Hyderabad daily newspaper ''[[Eenadu]]'' ([[Telugu language|Telugu]] for 'today') started its own [[Telugu language]] channel named Eenadu TV on 27 August 1995.<ref>{{cite book|last1=Shrivastava|first1=K M|title=Broadcast Journalism in the 21st Century|date=2005|publisher=New Dawn Press Inc|isbn=1932705457|page=60}}</ref> 

The flagship company ETPL launched four new television channels in November 2015 – namely ETV Life – a health and wellness channel, ETV Abhiruchi, a cookery channel, ETV Plus – an entertainment and reality channel, and ETV Cinema – a movie channel in Telugu language.
