===Power plant closure===
The approach of the compliance date of April 16, 2015, for enhanced EPA controls on the emission of [[Mercury (element)|mercury]] resulted in a decision by Rocky Mountain Power, a subsidiary of [[PacifiCorp]], to close down the Carbon power plant in Helper on April 15, 2015.
