==Television work== During his brief Radio 1 career in 1982/83, Sharp presented a few editions of the music programme ''[[Top of the Pops]]'', and returned as one of the many presenters on the last programme.<ref>{{cite news|url=http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/5228858.stm |title=Top of the Pops bids fond goodbye |date=31 July 2006 |access-date=12 June 2007|work=BBC News}}</ref> In 1987-88, he presented [[ITV (TV network)|ITV]] show ''[[The Roxy (TV series)|The Roxy]]'', and in 1990-91 he presented daily chart show ''The Power Chart'' on [[British Satellite Broadcasting|BSB]] satellite music television channel [[The Power Station (TV channel)|The Power Station]].<ref name="BSBTVM">{{cite magazine |date=1990 |title=BSB TV Month (BSB's listings magazine) |publisher=Redwood Publishing }}</ref> Sharp's appearances on children's television's [[CITV]] include ''[[Fun House (British game show)|Fun House]]'', a programme running from 1989 to 1999, produced by [[Scottish Television]],<ref>{{cite web|url=https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0457240|title="Fun House" (1990)|publisher=IMDb|access-date=12 June 2007 }}</ref> which he presented along with [[Melanie and Martina Grant]]. During a 1994 episode of Fun House, Sharp was accidentally taken out by an overenthusiastic child in a go-kart. In more recent years, Sharp has regularly appeared on music TV channels presenting continuity in programmes looking back at 80s and 90s music hits, appearing on channels including [[The Hits]], [[Now 80s]] and [[Now 90s]]. He appeared briefly on 23 June 2007 on a ''[[Big Brother's Big Mouth]]'' phone-in. However he did appear on the show in person as a guest on 12 July 2007, then appeared four years later on ''[[Big Brother's Bit on the Side]]'' on 27 October 2011. In May 2010, Sharp appeared on ''[[Come Dine with Me]]'' with [[Jenny Powell]], [[Michael Barrymore]] and [[Anthea Redfern]]. He also appeared on [[BBC Two]]'s ''[[Never Mind the Buzzcocks]]'' twice in the same series in 2010, along with [[BBC One]]'s ''[[The One Show]]''.{{citation needed|date=December 2015}} In November 2011, Sharp was a contestant on the [[I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!
