Harry is raised from infancy by his aunt [[Petunia Dursley]] and his uncle [[Vernon Dursley]] at Number 4, Privet Drive. Unbeknownst to Harry, his neighbour [[Arabella Figg]] is a [[Blood purity (Harry Potter)#Squibs|Squib]] who was placed in Little Whinging by Dumbledore to keep an eye on Harry.
