==Signing== The treaty<ref name=pact/> was signed in [[Moscow]] on April 13, 1941, by Foreign Minister Yosuke Matsuoka and Ambassador [[Yoshitsugu Tatekawa]] for Japan and Foreign Minister [[Vyacheslav Molotov]] for the Soviet Union.
