In June 2024, co-owner of the company ''In Development'' Ross Olivey posted to LinkedIn that the film was still in development with Sony Pictures Entertainment and its subsidiary [[Columbia Pictures]].<ref>{{Cite web |title=Does anyone here remember ROBOTECH?
