====Cosmetic==== Botox's potential to reduce facial wrinkles was discovered in the 1990s, leading to its FDA approval for cosmetic use in 2002. Standard areas for aesthetics Botox injections include areas on the face or neck that can form fine lines and wrinkles due to every day muscle contractions and/or facial expressions such as smiling, frowning, squinting, and raising eyebrows.
