I hope this is the right place to ask formatting questions... On a page with an "External Links" section at the end, which is the generally accepted place to put a <nowiki>{{stub}}</nowiki> flag... before the Links section, or after at the very end of the page? Personally I always put it at the bottom of the page, I've also seen people put it at the very top of the page and I have no beef with that - but above the external links section -I don't like that - meta information should be apart from the main article IMO.
