Ongoing joint missions with NASA are the [[Aqua (satellite)|Aqua]] Earth Observation Satellite, and the [[Global Precipitation Measurement]] (GPM) Core satellite.JAXA also provided the [[Light Particle Telescope]] (LPT) for the 2008 [[Jason 2]] satellite by the French [[CNES]].
