There are objects called complex polyhedra, for which the underlying space is a [[complex number|complex]] [[Hilbert space]] rather than real Euclidean space.  Precise definitions exist only for the regular complex polyhedra, whose symmetry groups are [[complex reflection group]]s.  The complex polyhedra are mathematically more closely related to [[configuration (polytope)|configurations]] than to real polyhedra.<ref>{{citation
