Vatican City is one of the few independent [[List of countries without an airport|countries without an airport]], and is served by the airports that serve the city of Rome, [[Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport]] and to a lesser extent [[Rome Ciampino Airport|Ciampino Airport]].<ref name="Sinfin" /> There is a [[standard gauge]] [[Vatican Railway]] and a [[Vatican City railway station]], mainly used to transport freight.
