===Live albums and ''Brian Wilson Presents Smile''=== Early in 2000, Wilson released his first live album, ''[[Live at the Roxy Theatre]]''.{{sfn|Badman|2004|p=377}} Later that year, he embarked on U.S. tour dates featuring the first full live performances of ''Pet Sounds'', with Wilson backed by a 55-piece orchestra.
