==== World Policy Council report ==== The [[World Policy Council]], headed by [[United States Ambassador to Botswana|Ambassador]] [[Horace Dawson]] and Senator [[Edward Brooke]], criticized the Bush administration in the area of civil and human rights for its policy on extraordinary rendition.
